Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Operator. The Telemarketing Operator will be responsible for customer service, communication, customer contact, client prospecting, and sales. The Telemarketing Operator will be responsible for contacting potential clients and introducing our services, promoting the benefits of partnering with Hytech Nexo, and scheduling appointments and meetings for our sales team.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, communication, and customer contact skills
- Proven track record of successful client prospecting and sales
- Ability to apply effective sales techniques and strategies
- Experience in using CRM and other sales tools
- Fluent in English, verbally and writing
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus.
